- Can automatically notify personnel of performance reviews, benefits enrollment, salary changes, new hire, terminations, compliance requirements, and other key events. And because it utilizes e-mail, it can send its message anywhere in the world!
- Monitor exceptions and take action when items such as Paid Time Off balances fall below minimum.
- Generate standard e-mail for particulars like welcoming new employees, while at the same time informing all relevant departments of the new hire.
- Can be scheduled to execute a SQL statement or stored procedure. For example, you can schedule to change an employee status from 'active' to 'vacation' with vacation schedule setting and when employee returns from vacations change the employee status to 'active'. In either case an alert message will be executed.
